Common questions
Where are my dog profiles and sessions stored?
They are stored locally on your device. CueSprint does not provide an account, developer-operated cloud backup or cross-device sync in this release. Removing records through any deletion control present in the release, clearing app storage where the operating system provides that option, or uninstalling may permanently remove them, so export a copy first if you need one. Device backups are governed by your platform provider's settings.
Why did I not see a reminder?
Reminders use your device's local notification system. Confirm that you scheduled the reminder, then check the operating system's notification permission and focus/do-not-disturb settings for CueSprint.
How does export work?
CueSprint creates the export on your device and opens the operating-system share sheet. The file leaves CueSprint only when you choose another app, person or storage destination. That destination's privacy terms then apply.
Why am I seeing a privacy message?
CueSprint is supported by Google-served advertising. Google's User Messaging Platform may show a consent or privacy-choice message based on your region. Where required, privacy choices can be reopened from the app's settings.
Training safety
Keep sessions brief, calm and reward-based. Stop if your dog or any person appears distressed, unsafe, in pain or unable to disengage. CueSprint is not emergency, veterinary or behavioural-treatment advice.
For bite risk, aggression, sudden behaviour change, pain, suspected illness or escalating fear, contact a veterinarian or suitably qualified force-free professional.
