FilterFlow help

Keep the replacement record clear.

Quick guidance for dates, parts, spares, reminders and portable local history.

Add a filter

Open Filters and add a name. Type, location, part number, size or model, dates, interval, reminder, spares and notes are optional or user-selected. A blank next date remains unscheduled.

Log a replacement

Use Replace from Today or Filters. If a spare is saved, the labelled action uses one. FilterFlow sets the next date using the interval you entered; an interval of zero leaves it unscheduled.

Undo a replacement

Use the temporary Undo message or open History and select Undo this replacement. The earlier last/next dates and spare quantity are restored. An entry can be undone once.

Fix a missing reminder

In Settings, use Enable & schedule reminders. Confirm notifications are allowed, the filter has reminders enabled and its next date is still in the future. Device focus or power-saving settings can affect delivery.

Export or restore

History offers filter CSV, history CSV, readable text and complete JSON backup. To restore, paste the entire FilterFlow schema 1 JSON into Settings, validate it and explicitly confirm. Create a fresh backup first because restore replaces the local record.

Advertising

A labelled banner stays outside editors. App-open ads begin after the first session, are capped and are suppressed after local-reminder taps and rewarded video. The optional rewarded placement changes a temporary visual accent only. There are no interstitials and no functional feature is locked.

Need maintenance or safety advice? FilterFlow is only a record and schedule. Follow manufacturer instructions or consult a qualified professional for filter life, compatibility, equipment, air/water safety and installation decisions.
