Privacy policy

RosterRipple is published by Softwarehouse.au. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information you add

Shift templates, planned and actual times, breaks, status, notes, rates, penalties, overtime settings, estimated-pay results, payday markers and preferences stay locally on your device. No account or cloud database is required. CSV exports and individual-shift text leave the app only when you choose the system share action.

Notifications

If you grant notification permission, RosterRipple schedules reminders locally on your device for upcoming shifts. The app does not register for remote push notifications.

Advertising and consent

RosterRipple uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. Where required, consent choices are gathered before Mobile Ads initialisation or any ad request. Delayed measurement is enabled and publisher first-party identifiers are disabled before requests. Google may process information such as approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, advertising data, app interactions and diagnostic or performance data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and analytics. RosterRipple does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and is not designed to access IDFA.

App updates

Expo Application Services may deliver signed updates for an installed app version and may process ordinary network and diagnostic information needed to deliver and troubleshoot those updates.

Retention, deletion and security

Local records remain on the device until you clear the app data or uninstall RosterRipple. Information sent through a share destination is then handled by that destination. No device, storage system or network transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

RosterRipple is a general work-schedule utility and is not directed to children.

Your choices

You can decline optional notifications, revisit applicable advertising-consent choices, keep advertising non-personalised where offered, and decide whether to export or share local records. Every functional feature remains free.
