RosterRipple help

Keep every shift clear.

Create a repeating roster

Create day and night shift templates with their start, finish, break, colour, rate and optional penalty. Open Calendar, choose the 4-on/4-off generator, select your start date and templates, then review before applying. Existing dates are protected from duplicate generated shifts.

Record what actually happened

Open a planned shift from Log and enter the actual start, finish and break, its status and an optional private note. Overnight shifts remain one record.

Review a pay period

In Insights, choose the date range that matches the period you want to review. RosterRipple summarises shift count, paid hours, configured overtime and estimated pay. Mark payday on Calendar to keep schedule context visible.

Estimated pay and overtime depend on the times, rates, penalties and threshold you enter. Check your employer records and payslip; RosterRipple does not determine payroll, tax, award, contract or legal entitlements.

Enable reminders

Use Settings to allow local notifications for upcoming shifts. If a reminder does not arrive, confirm that notifications are allowed for RosterRipple in the device settings and that the shift is still in the future.

Export or share

Settings exports full history as CSV through the system share sheet. An individual shift can be shared as text from its detail flow. The destination you choose controls the shared copy.

Advertising

The banner is labelled and kept outside entry and Settings workflows. App-open advertising is disabled on the first session and frequency-capped. Rewarded advertising is optional and provides only a temporary cosmetic Roster Glow treatment; no functional feature is gated.
