Quick start
- In Add, enter a visible box label and its destination room.
- Add contents and choose Open first, Standard or Storage.
- Save the box; search its label, room or contents in Boxes.
- Open Plan to see the Open first count or export a CSV list.
Removing a box
Choose Remove, then Remove box to confirm permanent removal from this device. Keep box cancels. Other records stay unchanged. Export a copy first if you want to retain the information.
Exporting
Plan → Export CSV opens the operating system's share menu. Choose a file or sharing destination. CSV export is not cloud synchronization or an in-app restore mechanism. Keep a copy before changing devices or clearing storage.
Troubleshooting
- If no boxes match, clear your search or try a room name.
- If loading fails, use Retry loading. The app does not silently replace unreadable data with an empty list.
- If saving fails, keep the app open and use Retry. Avoid force-closing before a successful save.
- If export is unavailable, check that the device has an enabled file/sharing destination.
- On a smaller screen, scroll the Add form to reach priority and Save; dragging dismisses the keyboard.
Scope
All features are free, with no account or entry cap. This version manually records what you type; it does not locate physical boxes, print labels, scan barcodes, track deliveries, take photos, provide reminders or sync between devices.
Advertising and privacy
Advertising requires successful permission and consent checks. All core features remain available if permission is declined or an ad cannot load. Plan includes Advertising privacy choices and the privacy policy. An optional rewarded ad tints a card for 30 minutes; it is not required for adding, searching, planning or exporting boxes.
