Summary
HeadLedger has no account system or developer cloud service. Drum profiles, playing sessions, care events, personal targets, reminder preferences and settings are stored on your device. Advertising and consent services may process limited technical data as described below.
Your HeadLedger records
HeadLedger does not send your drum profiles, setup details, playing hours, care events, notes or personal thresholds to a Software House backend. These records remain in local app storage unless you choose to export them.
Exports and restore
When you export CSV or JSON, the file leaves HeadLedger only through the destination you select. Restore reads a HeadLedger backup you select and replaces local records only after in-app confirmation.
Optional notifications
If you choose a reminder hour and a care item is due or due soon, HeadLedger requests notification permission and schedules a local reminder. It does not use remote push notifications. Declining permission leaves every other feature available.
Advertising and consent
HeadLedger uses Google User Messaging Platform and Google Mobile Ads. Where required, consent is obtained or refreshed before Mobile Ads initialises. No ad request is made unless the consent state permits it.
On iOS, HeadLedger asks for the system tracking choice before advertising can start. If tracking permission is denied or cannot be confirmed, advertising stays off and every core feature remains available. You can change the system tracking choice in device settings. In-app Settings also provides advertising privacy choices where Google makes them available.
Depending on region, consent choice, device settings and Google’s services, Google may process IP-derived approximate location, device or other identifiers, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. If an ad cannot load, profiles, timers, manual sessions, care history, reminders, search, export, backup and restore remain available. The optional rewarded ad changes only a temporary cosmetic style.
Permissions
- Notifications are optional and used only for local reminders.
- File selection and sharing are used only when you choose to export or restore.
- HeadLedger does not use or request microphone access.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you clear them, clear app storage or uninstall HeadLedger. Export a backup first if you want to retain them. Google retains and deletes advertising data under its policies and available privacy controls.
No sale or public profile
Software House does not sell app-entered drum, session or care records. HeadLedger has no public profile, social feed or shared catalogue.
Changes
If HeadLedger’s data practices materially change, this notice will be updated before that behaviour is released.
